The
Robert Hoag Rawlings Foundation was created by Robert Hoag Rawlings on July
29, 1988. It is a Colorado non-profit corporation and has a letter from
the Internal Revenue Service recognizing it to be a private Foundation,
exempt from tax under Section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
Over the years, the Foundation has received funds from the Star-Journal Publishing Corporation. The Robert Hoag Rawlings family has contributed funds to the Foundation from time to time and these funds are invested and managed by the Foundation Directors. |
