Born and raised in Pueblo, Colorado, Bruno attended East High School, graduating in 2016 with a 4.8 GPA and as a member of three state championship teams in basketball and football. He attended Boise State University where he earned a full ride athletic and academic scholarship.  After graduating with his MBA, he started a landscaping company in Boise.  In July of 2021, he returned to Pueblo to work with his family.  He and his family work in many fields including land development, asset management, private equity, venture capitalism and philanthropy.  Bruno is an active board member of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes and the Southern Colorado Community Foundation, as well as being very involved at Praise Assembly of God Church as a leader of the Young Adult Ministry. He is very proud and blessed to return to Pueblo and invest in the place that invested in him so immensely

The mission of the Robert Hoag Rawlings Foundation is to assist nonprofit organizations with projects that are designed to improve the lives of people who reside in The Pueblo Chieftain circulation area, which are Pueblo, Mineral, Chaffee, Saguache, Rio Grande, Conejos, Fremont, Custer, Alamosa, Costilla, Huerfano, Las Animas, Crowley, Otero, Kiowa, Ben, Prowers and Baca counties, all in Colorado.
