The Robert Hoag Rawlings Foundation Approves New Officers and Board of Directors

The Robert Hoag Rawlings Foundation Board of Directors recently approved the appointment of two new board members at their recent board meeting.

Rick Klein of La Junta and Jim Hadley of Pueblo were unanimously approved effective immediately.

Rick Klein is a long-time resident of southeastern Colorado, serving as the Otero County Engineer, City Engineer of La Junta, and now City Manager of La Junta. He has served on many boards including Tri-County Housing and Community Development, the City Tourism Board, the La Junta Youth Commission and Action 22.

Jim Hadley is a Pueblo native and former owner of RE/MAX of Pueblo until his semi-retirement in 2018. He has served on numerous boards including First National Bank/Colorado National Bank and extensive involvement on Parkview Medical Center and Parkview Health Systems Boards.

“Both Mr. Klein and Mr. Hadley bring a wealth of knowledge to the Robert Hoag Rawlings Foundation”, shared Andrea Aragon, Executive Director.

“Mr. Klein brings his life-long knowledge and passion for the Southeastern portion of our service area. Mr. Hadley will bring his business and investment expertise and love of our community. The Robert Hoag Rawlings Foundation is fortunate to be able to benefit from their vast experience and wisdom.”

The mission of the Robert Hoag Rawlings Foundation is to assist nonprofit organizations with projects that are designed to improve the lives of people who reside in The Pueblo Chieftain circulation area, which are Pueblo, Mineral, Chaffee, Saguache, Rio Grande, Conejos, Fremont, Custer, Alamosa, Costilla, Huerfano, Las Animas, Crowley, Otero, Kiowa, Ben, Prowers and Baca counties, all in Colorado.
